• Miladys reserves its right to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate this promotion, without notice at any time and no liability shall lie against Miladys in favour of any participant or third party arising from such modification, cancellation, suspension or termination.
• Our promotions are also subject to, and must be read in conjunction with, Miladys existing Terms and Conditions and any additional applicable Terms and Conditions related to the promotion.
• In the event of a dispute regarding any aspect of the promotion and/or these terms and conditions, the interpretation and decision of Miladys will be final and binding and no further correspondence will be entertained. The promotion is also subject to, and must be read in conjunction with, Miladys standard Terms and Conditions.
• While we endeavour to ensure that all deliveries are timeously received by our Customers, due to the influx in demand over the promotional period, customers may experience unforeseen delays in the receipt of the delivery of their orders.
• If a promotional item(s) is/are purchased before the scheduled time of the promotion, the amount owed at the time of checkout will be due, and no refunds for the difference in price between the checkout and the promotional price will be authorised by Miladys. The customer will still be entitled to cancel their order and re-order the item(s) at the promotional price if stock is still available.
• Online purchases may be returned or exchanged at any of our nationwide Miladys stores subject to submission of the original receipt, and that the merchandise is in its original packaging and condition.
• We do not guarantee that you will be automatically refunded. The decision to refund is solely at the discretion of the store manager where you return the product, having inspected the condition of the item returned.
• Refunds processing time frame will only be commenced from time of goods received.
• Delivery is FREE to an home / business address of your choice for orders to the value of R1000 or more (not click and collect).
• A Door to Door delivery fee of R45 is charged on orders under R1000.
• A click-and-collect delivery fee is R10.
• Delivery takes place between 8 am and 6 pm from Monday to Friday, excluding public holiday
